Is the price per person?

No. Published prices are per vehicle, taxes included: one price for 1–6 people and one for 7–14. Tolls, bottled water and a bilingual driver are included; parking and tips (optional) are not.

What if our group has more than five people?

Select your exact party size. Groups of 6 to 14 get a quote for a larger van.

What happens if our flight is delayed?

Share your flight number and connections when you book. We track your flight and wait up to 2 hours at the airport free of charge; after that it is $10 per hour.

How do payment and cancellation work?

Nothing is charged when you send a request. A 50% deposit confirms your booking and the balance is paid the day before or the day of the service, by Visa, Mastercard, SINPE, PayPal, cash or bank transfer. Full refund more than 48 hours before pickup, 50% between 48 and 24 hours, and no refund under 24 hours or for no-shows.

Can we change our booking?

Yes, up to 24 hours before pickup on WhatsApp. Extra passengers adjust the price, subject to availability.

Are child seats available?

Yes, $5 per seat. Tell us your children's ages when you book.

Can we add stops along the way?

Short stops for photos, food, the restroom or groceries are free up to 1 hour in total, then $10 per hour. A tour stop on the way is $30 and covers up to 2.5 hours of waiting.

Do you travel early in the morning?

Yes. Pickups between 12:00 and 5:00 a.m. carry a $35–$65 surcharge depending on distance and group size. Nights before midnight and holidays have no surcharge.

Can we bring pets, surfboards or bikes?

Pets travel in their carrier (up to 20 kg). Tell us about surfboards, bikes or special luggage when you book and we send a vehicle with racks, subject to availability.
